Who we are
The Weinbaum Group ("TWG," "we," "us") is a nonprofit revenue growth consultancy. This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at tomw@theweinbaumgroup.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the form on our contact page, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organization, role, and message. The form is processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that forwards your submission to us by email. If you email us directly, we receive what you send. We use what you send only to respond to you and, if you wish, to continue the conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site's hosting service may collect standard technical information: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived here. This site does not use an analytics service.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell advertising.
What we do with it
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to operate and improve the site, and, only if you have subscribed, to send you our published writing. That's the list. Specifically, we do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Our newsletter
Our essays are published through Substack. If you subscribe, your email address is held and processed by Substack under its own privacy policy, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
Service providers
The site relies on a small number of service providers to function: website hosting, email, and form delivery (Web3Forms). Each receives only the information necessary to perform its service.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained as long as it's useful to an ongoing or potential working relationship. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll confirm once it's done.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing tomw@theweinbaumgroup.com. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is intended for professional audiences and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
